Japanese Inspired Slaw
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
1/2 head celery, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 bunch italian parsley, chopped
3 green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soya sauce
Dressing the veg...
> in the bottom of the salad bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soya sauce, garlic, and ginger
> toss all the ingredients in the dressing
Adjust the seasoning (soya sauce, ginger, garlic) to your own taste.
Pairs well with Broiled Tilapia.
